From Overheard in New York, one of my all-time favorite blogs, an anecdote from tourist season. It's funny because it's true!

I don't know whether to thank you for passing this on or be really annoyed that I've spent so much time laughing at what I found there. "Overheard at the Beach" may be even funnier. Are people more stupid when exposed to ultraviolet light?
